Return Policy

We are committed to creating a 100% satisfying experience for our customers. If you are not satisfied with our products when they arrive, please return your unopened merchandise within 15 days for a refund.

If you would like to return your product and receive a refund, your product must be unopened and all seals must be intact. For refunds, your credit card or PayPal account will be credited with the cost of the item and any taxes, excluding the cost of shipping.

If you received an incorrect item or your product was damaged during transport, we will send you a replacement item and waive the shipping fee.

To process a return, please send an email to support@trystuffon.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your name and transaction number in this email, as well as the reason for the return. We will then send instructions on how you can return the product to us.
